All prices displayed on the Site are stated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and, where applicable, include VAT.

The price shown on the relevant product page may change over time. The price displayed in your shopping cart will reflect the current price at the applicable time.

Adding an item to your shopping cart does not guarantee that the price displayed at that time will remain unchanged until checkout.

If a product is listed at an incorrect price, we reserve the right to cancel or decline the order. Where appropriate, we may contact you to determine whether you wish to proceed at the corrected price.

Product availability information is displayed on the applicable product page. Availability information and dispatch estimates are not guaranteed and may change during order processing.

Delivery

Delivery times may be extended because of circumstances beyond our control, including political unrest, national or public holidays, natural disasters, transportation disruptions, government restrictions, or other force majeure events.

Order Cancellation

Kitchen Point reserves the right to cancel an order before dispatch for legitimate reasons, including incorrect pricing, insufficient stock, expired products, defective or malfunctioning products, inaccurate product information, technical errors, typographical errors, suspected fraud, or other valid circumstances.

Refunds

Where an order is cancelled, the applicable payment will generally be refunded within 7 to 15 working days, although exceptional circumstances may result in additional processing time.

Where cashback or other benefits have already been received in connection with the cancelled order, the applicable amount may be adjusted or deducted from the refund.

Personal Use

You confirm that products or services ordered through the Site are intended for personal and non-commercial use unless otherwise authorized.

Quantity Restrictions

The Seller or Site may restrict or cancel orders that exceed reasonable quantities intended for individual or household consumption.

These restrictions may apply to the quantity purchased in a single order or to multiple orders for the same product where the combined quantity exceeds what is reasonably considered normal household consumption.

Customer Cancellation

You may cancel an order without charge before the relevant item has been dispatched, subject to the applicable cancellation policy.

Household Quantities

Products are generally sold in quantities intended to meet the ordinary needs of an average household. Restrictions may therefore apply to both individual orders and multiple orders involving the same product.
